We changed the jar file names (e.g. uima_core.jar -> uima-core.jar), but this
is not mentioned in the migration chapter of the documentation and the
migration tool doesn't handle it. It would not be difficult to add this to the
set of replacements that the migration tool does, and it would save users some
trouble if we can migrate their script files and such things automatically.
