Well, let me say, oops. I realized after this upate, that the thing to add to
SVN is just the zip files of the docbook stuff, if anything. Also, after
talking with Adam, I think it's not too good an idea to try and upgrade the
docbook stuff right now, unless the upgrade is needed to make the page number
fix work. So I think I'll stop work on this, and instead just test the fix on
the older level :-). This update won't hurt anything at this point - just
extra files on your disk for the current stable version of docbook.
