Look at old readme's and see what info should be in the new one.
To make most OS's behave better, since this is a text file, how about having it
end in ".txt"?
Some info that should be there:
Supported Platform info: (levels of Java, etc.)
Setting UIMA_HOME and JAVA_HOME.
Running the "adjustExamplePaths...." script
Verifying installation went ok
A quick pointer to "getting started"
Known issues (if any)
