The bold italics highlighting in code sections does not work in HTML document.
The same section in the pdf documentation looks fine.
E.g. search for "CATALINA" in the tutorials_and_users_guides and see the next
xml fragment code section. Within this section there should be some
highlights but they are not displayed correctly in the HTML document.
