CVD manual & help missing?

I did an update, mvn install, and mvn assemble:assemble. unpacked the result,
and tried to run the CVD. After fixing a small (missing space) problem in the
bat file, it would launch. But clicking on the manual gives "no manual found"
error. I don't see the html for the manual or help anywhere in my version of
the svn?
