Note this affects eclipse plugin version numbers as well.
I suppose we do this by creating an SVN branch and changing the version numbers
to 2.1.0 there, while in trunk we change them to 2.1.1-SNAPSHOT or
2.2.0-SNAPSHOT (not sure which).
