I have already removed the zip files from the source distribution, I
thought we had agreed on that already. They're still in uimaj-2.1.0-004
since I built the level before I did that change.

Change source build to include only the docbook system zip files
I think this may be out of date, out of sync with some more recent
discussion to not ship the DocBook build environment, with the source
release, but rather direct people to get it from our SVN or from the web.
This is because although it seems OK to ship this under the Apache
License, we've never gotten an "OK" for this from Apache Legal - and to
avoid raising the issue, we had decided to just not include it.
Do others agree? If so, we should not ship the zip files for the
DocBook source. It's trivial to get these from our SVN or from the
Web. This will also make our distr smaller (a good thing :-).
