Add the ability for the XmiCasDeserializer to record incoming elements that
don't correspond to any types in the type system, and the XmiCasSerializer to
subsequently echo that information. This support is already in XCAS but wasn't
implemented for XMI, and is a prerequisite for many remote service scenarios.
