IMO the svn.html page is already too long.  I think it might be nice
to split it into two pages - one documenting how to extract the source
code from svn and a separate page documenting how to do a build.  This
would be consistent with the navigation links at the left, where we
have a separate "Bulding with Maven" link but it links to a subsection
of svn.html rather than its own separate page.
