Tested on Java 6, Docbook version 4.5 / 1.72.0, FOP 0.20.5 / 0.93 and Saxon 6.5.5. There may be combinations of things not properly tested - please report any failures and I'll work to fix them right away.

The tooling for docbook is now split out into a reusable project called
uima-docbook-tool. The uima-docbooks project has been updated to use
the new "tool" project - so you need to check out that project in order
to build anything.
