Looks like the Pythonnator build problem with newer SWIG versions is just our
Makefile. Will fix that soon.
The Perltator builds for me with Perl v5.8.8 (again with gcc 4.1.0 and SWIG
Version 1.3.29). When you switched to swig 1.3.29, did you remove all
intermediate files? That can be done with "make distclean".
