User reports: if CAS was created from a TypeSystem Descriptor containing a
feature such as:
<featureDescription>
<name>compensationArray</name>
<description></description>
<rangeTypeName>uima.cas.FSArray</rangeTypeName>
<elementType>uima.tcas.Annotation</elementType>
</featureDescription>
If you use TypeSystemUtil.typeSystem2TypeSystemDescription to generate a new
TypeSystem descriptor from this, it will look like:
<featureDescription>
<name>compensationArray</name>
<description></description>
<rangeTypeName>uima.tcas.Annotation[]</rangeTypeName>
</featureDescription>
If you try to create a new CAS fromt his descriptor it will fail.
