Document Analyzer and UIMA CPE GUI successfully run a Python Analysis engine,
but hang in the initialization step when the engine is run a second time. This
happens, for instance, with the sample.py/PythonSample.xml engine distributed
with the Pythonnator.
Note that if the Python Analysis engine is run directly using a CPE and run
with the runCPE.sh script, I don't encounter this issue.
I get similar behavior when running the OpenNLP package from Document Analyzer,
but with OpenNLP it runs twice and then runs out of memory and thrashes on the
third run.
