I rewrote the section on JCAS ClassLoading support. It could use some other
eyes on it, though, since it's not an easy thing to describe. Mainly I tried
to give the impression that the real change had to do with supporting multiple
different ClassLoaders within the same JCAS. Previously, a single custom
ClassLoader would work OK (it was not accurate to say that the framework's
class loader was used for cover classes - the UIMA extension class loader would
be used). It just wasn't possible to have multiple different ClassLoaders in
use at the same time.
Also I added a section to the Major Changes advertising that CPE descriptors
now support <import>. I know several people who really want that.
