This sounds like a great addition to the framework - the ability to have
annotators that are based on the Bean Scripting Framework, especially
for quick tasks.  We have some capability for this in the framework
already for Perl and Python, but this sounds like it could be a smoother
integration. 

+1 from me - what do others think?
