I changed the version number in the JIRA system from version 2.3 to
version 2.2.1.
So all defects with fix version 2.3 have been moved to version 2.2.1.
I created a new UIMA release version 2.3 for all defects that are
deferred from 2.2.1 and for defects for the next release.
