Change version number in the trunk from 2.2-incubating to 2.3-SNAPSHOT.
We usually have two issues: one where we change the
version number to ...-SNAPSHOT at the beginning of
the release cycle, and one where we change the version
number to the real value at the end. It might be
confusing to do both changes under the same issue.
No big deal though.

Too late... and I will not touch all files twice... so I do all changes
with the same issue
