I created a test plan for release 2.2.1. It is available at:

Nov. 19
Code Freeze, bug fixes only
Nov. 20
Start test phase
Nov. 23
End of test, start release vote
Nov. 30
Start vote on [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Dec. 11
Target release date
I also added the documentation review issues and highlighted those test
cases where I think we should retest for the bugfix release.
I don't think it is necessary to do a full retest of all functionality.
I hope that all committers help to test this release so that we get it
out of the door soon. Please add your name till Nov. 20 to those tests that
you would like to execute.
I will post to the mailing list when the first test level is available.
