This is a file I put into dist/incubator/uima - no special karma needed (other
than incubator group which I believe all committers in the incubator have).
The first try, however, gives "Internal Server Error" when accessing
eclipse-update-site. I've seen others put in Redirects - so I've just now
uploaded a different version using redirect that should work also with
mirrors... we'll see if it works after the 1 hour or so wait for replication.
