This documentation update is a bit a cross purposes with
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-698 where an arbitrary choice was
made to keep the documentation, and fix the distribution. If the Alias update
works done in UIMA-698 just now, I'll fix this to remove the references to
incorrect documentation, and point it back to the eclipse-update-site name.
