When using a custom flow controller, I never want AEs that I add to my
aggregate to be added to the aggregate's fixedFlow. To do that I currently
have to remember to uncheck the box on the Component Engine Selection dialog
every time I add a component to my aggregate. It does not remember my setting
from last time.
