As another part of the naming cleanup - I noticed that some of the jar 
names for uimaj-as-xxxx were the same as the artifactId, and others 
dropped the "j" in uimaj.  I'm changing them to be consistent with the 
artifactId - that will make other things work better (like assemblies).

Unless there are good objections, of course :-)
