Deployment Descriptor Editor doesn't recognize changes to aggregate

When editing a deployment descriptor and its aggregate, modifications to the
aggregate are not detected by the DDE, i.e. deletion of a delegate from the
aggregate leaves it in the DD and if the DD is re-opened an error occurs
("cannot find key ... in the aggregate"
Perhaps a refresh button would be enough?
