2.2.2 test plan - need parts for other 3 components?

There is a test plan on the wiki for
uima (base), and uima-cpp (although this plan's version needs updating 
from 2.2 to 2.2.2, perhaps)

The other 3 are:

uima-as
cas editor
annotator package + simple server (or are these 2 separate things?)

I think separate pages for each of these would be best; I'll take a 
crack at the uima-as one.
