Added new testcase to test processing of double-byte docs throught HTTP
tunneling provided by ActiveMQ servlet. To test this add double-byte document
to the resources/data directory. Name the file: DoubleByteText.txt
If the file exists, the testcase will read it and assign it to the outgoing
message for processing. It is expected the the returned document is identical.
The test case tests the document (from CAS) against the original text. If
different an exception is thrown.
