The build for uimaj-ep-runtime currently makes a jar with several embedded
jars. Change to make a jar with these embedded jars "unzipped". There is a
simple parameter to add to the POM to make this change, gleaned from the
maven-bundle-plugin documentation. This is because users of the runtime plugin
(using it in RCP programs) can't access the embedded jars.
