com.ibm.uima.aae.jms_adapter.JmsAnalysisEngineServiceAdapter should be
org.apache.uima.aae.jms_adapter.JmsAnalysisEngineServiceAdapter
Also just above this I see: UIMA "SE" application
but SE is not defined.
