Fix For: 2.2.2
change build scripts for doing the eclipse update site:
- to reflect they are now run after the release vote, not as part of maven
- to build from particular releases in the local maven repo
- to *not* unpack the jars when installing (per normal Eclipse conventions)
- move the build scripts for this to the eclipse update site project
- make the site.xml correct for the 2.2.2 base release without the uima-as
plugins (not released yet)
