Also change the point in time when desc files are added to "recently used"
list. Currently, files are added only when the descriptor has loaded
successfully. Often during development, your descriptor does not load
successfully. In such cases, you need to navigate to the descriptor over and
over again. So add descriptor to recently used list before attempting to load
it.
