hmmm. We need to get legal-discuss in on this. It's pretty clear to me that
if the modified templates from the .../headless-build in Eclipse are derivitive
works, then the EPL applies to these files. Which may be an issue for us in
distributing them. (or not - let's see what legal discuss says).
I'll take a first crack at a note on legal-discuss, but others should feel free to clarify or correct what I write :-)
