CpmPanel displayProgress has bad logic

Tim Cawley reported a small bug in CpmPanel.displayProgress() - it assumes
there is always a Progress.ENTITIES element. In the current code, with possibly
the exception of user-written collection readers, this is always the case, but
other code could be using other kinds of progress units.
