CasEditor-2.2.2-02 is now available

Hello,

the next release candiate of the Cas Editor is now available.

It now contains UIMA-1093 and UIMA-1094 to fix the problems
Thilo found in 01.

If there are no more open issue I would start a new vote
to release it.
