Tong Fin has attached the code and documentation for a Cas Viewer
Eclipse Plugin to a Jira issue http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/uima-1102
The documentation includes a table that compares the functionality
of this with other tooling (see the 4th attachment on the Jira issue).
A software grant for this code has been received and recorded.
