I see in the updates that the ICU license has the line:
Copyright (c) 1995-2007 International Business Machines Corporation and others
while the Notice and several other places have the line:
Copyright (c) 1995-2006 International Business Machines Corporation and others.
(Note the "end year" is different).
Not a blocker to me, but may be worth fixing to avoid it being an issue
to others.
