Other possible cleanup - find, investigate, and remove duplication of things
between uimaj-as-core and uimaj-core. For instance, the code which creates the
FlowControllerContainer in uimaj-as-core shares a lot in common with the code
in uimaj-core which does this. Having the code for this in one place rather
than two of course improves maintainability.
