I think the default should be to not generate the JCAS source files when you
save an Analysis Engine Descriptor. (I can see generating when you save a Type
System Descriptor, maybe.) Our AE descriptors change far more frequently than
our type system does, and it is disruptive to have all the type system classes
regenerated all the time. My guess would be that most other people are also in
this situation.
