The sandbox assembly is now done by having the regular builds of components
produce extra "assembly-bin" and "assembly-src" folders in target. Then, the
actual assembly just collects these folders and adds some of top level files.
This approach allows the normal maven factoring mechanisms to work, so all the
sandbox projects can be built in the same way, and fixes to the build
automatically can be made to apply to all the projects (if they share the
fixes).
