I've submitted a request [1] for infrastructure to do various tasks to move UIMA to a top level project.
During this process, you may continue to work with the mailing lists and the svn, but at some point, these will be switched over to the new ones, so you'll need to "svn switch" your svn checkouts (if you have any), and update your mail contact info for these lists. -Marshall [1] https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-2566
