Let me know if you still cannot access the wiki or PDFs. I
added the PDFs as attachments (on the "attachments" tab from the wiki page).
The "attachements" tab doesn't show in the UI unless you're "logged
in". So for casual users, it isn't there. I changed the page to have
explicit links to the attachments, so it will work for casual users.
