Hello. If someone is interested, I wrote a very basic UIMA wrapper for MetaMap (http://mmtx.nlm.nih.gov/). MetaMap must be installed locally, but I will support the online batch processing soon. You can find it at https://sourceforge.net/projects/metamap-uima/
