Apologies to the rest of the list but I'm getting desperate. If there is anyone from BT who can assist with the following situation please contact me off list.
- New BT circuit for a Radianz service in a Level3 facility. - The BT provisioning contact keeps chasing us for access to the telco room, they don't seem to know the BT internal processes for making this happen. cheers Marty
