Offices or residences? I'd assume it's just a question of bums on seats per building isn't it and you've got 300kbytes/sec per user already. Bums on seat should be weakly proportional to square metres, say, 10 sq. m per desk (office), so assume 30kbytes/sec per sq. metre? - Mark
