2001::/48 is Teredo for IPv4 endpoint 0.0.0.0 Given that I get 217.68.23.221 I suspect someone is trying to be smart and create 6to4 for that as it is d94417dd, then of the first AAAA record there. They should be 2002:d944:17dd:: if they want that, but it does not answer a web page (they probably configured the server to be answering on 2002::d944:17dd). Numpties!
