A big thank you to Bytemark, who have arranged and sponsored the meeting

venue is _not_ their offices in York, but at
The Company of Merchant Taylors:

Talks this time around have a theme of next generation networking, in
particular on Ethernet, optics, E-VPN and also LTE deployment
experiences. With new developments in regional exchanges in the UK, we
have our first set of updates from IXP operators in some time, and a
panel debating the risks and benefits of open WiFi hotspots.

If you are planning to attend and have not already done so, please
register ASAP at:

(Though note that we now can't guarantee name badges or catering for
anyone who has not already registered.)

A map to the venue, transport, and local hotels can be found at:

from LONAP and Bytemark, and we once again intend to webcast the
meeting, with thanks to our webcast sponsors Bogons and Portfast. The
webcast video will be available at:

with the usual lively IRC participation at:

Slides of all the talks will be linked to from the agenda as they are
received from speakers.

We have a number of social events planned. On Wednesday evening from
6-8pm, Gnodal will be sponsoring drinks at The York Brewery. Note that
this does not include dinner, but plans to sponsor a pre-meeting curry
*after* this event are under way.

After the meeting, Bytemark will be sponsoring drinks at the meeting
venue for an hour, and then LONAP are hosting a social event at Revolution.

Again a big thank you to Pete and his team at Bytemark and all our other
sponsors, look forward to seeing everyone on Thursday
