> Bad form in what way, and by that I mean, its not expressly prohibited IMNSHO, a mailing list like this is meant to foster cooperation between companies and allow informal direct exchange of information between people who would otherwise not normally talk, allowing speedier resolutions to problems, and improvement of the internet for all. Hopefully therefore companies will encourage their staff to take part in such a "forum". As soon as it becomes a place where jobs are posted and staff can be poached, the openness and encouragement to join can be lost. Also, it means that the valuable technical content gets diluted and people will drop off the list or even unsubscribe altogether. There's loads of other places where job vacancies can be posted pretty much for zero cost. Suggestion: create a uknof-jobs list if people want a specific recruitment channel.
