I'm pleased to announce that UKNOF23 will be taking place on Tuesday
3rd May, kindly hosted by Google, at Campus London in Islington.
Please note the change of date to the *Tuesday* of the previously-
announced week due to venue constraints beyond our control.
We are still seeking an additional sponsor for this meeting - please
contact me if your organisation is interested in helping to cover our
catering and logistic costs.
If you are planning to attend, registration is now open at:
http://www.uknof.org.uk/uknof23/regform.php
Please register as soon as you can to ensure we can provide catering and
a name badge for everyone. Note that as per our last London meeting,
there is a limit on how many people we can accommodate, this time around
110.
Our confirmed presentations include talks on the operational
implications of the Communications Data Bill, Coherent Optical
Networking, 100Gb/s Ethernet deployment experiences, and IPv6 migration.
We're also planning a retrospective session with multiple speakers
sharing their experiences of dealing with the engineering demands of the
Olympics and the European football championship.
We've had a good response to our call for presentations, expect more
speakers to be confirmed shortly, and we still have space for
a few more submissions.
IXreach and LINX have kindly agreed to sponsor social events the
evenings before and after the meeting.
Information about the venue location is available at:
http://www.campuslondon.com
I'd like to thank Google for hosting this meeting, and look forward to
seeing everyone in London.
Keith
(UKNOF Chair)
