This isn't a criticism - but it's worth perhaps looking at the rate of flow of heat rather than temperature... just from a thermodynamic perspective... IE if it got hotter.. did the rate of flow of air also increase to compensate? (or are you saying your kit overheated and that prompted your investigation... ?) Do you have some huge blade server dudes opposite your racks/suites ? Also just an observation - THN aren't being too green if they are maintaining 21 degrees...
