It's interesting that the top item is the Vatican with a claimed 100% penetration based on two hosts, the .va based name servers most likely, but my survey shows that www.vatican.ca isn't accessible via IPv6 nor can you send them email via IPv6 so I think there is even more work to do than is indicated.
