There's a tiny 4-point reference number in the bottom left:

Got one here today too. Can't say for sure it came from RIPE though as
there's plenty of other avenues they could've slurped our data from.
Same name on our letter (Trika D'Costa), but bottom left has:
76 UK63967
The funny thing is... we don't even have any presence in the south of
the UK and HE are only in London!
