I received exactly the same, and have had a few of these kinds of things in the 
last year now; for example, "we want four virtual servers and a /22" (and they 
go mysteriously quiet when you ask how that kind of resource usage could 
possibly be explained to RIPE).

I'm not sure who would use gmail for their NOC address, but I'm pretty certain 
they are really a spam operation pretending to be a hosting outfit — e.g. the 
nameservers they list on their support pages don't exist.  With no other 
mention of "feinhosting" in Google, they don't sound like a multi-service 
web/cloud host.

I actually ended up reporting feinhosting.com's website for potential copyright 
infringement to their host ISP — they had copy/pasted large sections their 
host's website (and another ISP's website) into their own.  I'm guessing 
copyright protection is stronger than anti-spam.
